I know ,i know, this is a dull blog with no photos but, we haven't had time....nonie has family ,i have friends...at the moment i'm working on finishing my largest quilt ever, another selvedge quilt . Next week i will also be working on how to turn a beautiful kenyan basket into a bag...why would i do such a thing?...it's perfect the way it is ,as , it was originally crafted. The basket /bags are to be auctioned for charity. The Sophia Foundation is a charity, based in Nicosia and, raises funds for an orphanage in Kenya. So anyone in Nicosia on June 20th, please come along at 8pm to Omikron gallery for the big event. It promises to be a colourful occasion. -Maro
